I’m not so sure of this. Yes my brother doesn’t quite communicate his problems with our family. If he does, it is sometime in the early hours to me or mum and if not, we usually know what is wrong anyway. If I’m the one with the problem I will also clam up. Two things usually happen in this situation, either mum waits it out because she knows eventually I will discuss what is going on inside my head or my brother will confront me.
I think my brother and I generally balance each other out and I think that is down to the fact we have always been a close and in a close knit family.
